- Finally, comes what I call The Ultimate Prescription©. It provides easy-to-make recipes for every daily meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. They are designed to directly target most if not all of your SKILL©, so you strengthen, improve, and support your body’s own detoxification system with every flavorful bite. The Ultimate Prescription© is your foundation for ongoing weight management.
