My two-week Super Detox© is a mini-version of my regular meal plan, the Ultimate Prescription©. The daily structure and overall focus of both plans are the same—healthy foods that support and strengthen your SKILL©, your body’s natural detoxification system.
The daily Super Detox© meal plan includes the following:
- 2 Power Smoothies
- 1 Daily Meal
- 2 100-calories snacks, called Tasty Skinny© Snacks, one in the morning and one in the evening
Two weeks is not much time.
